Your Blueprint is a fixed-fee engagement, quoted after diagnosis. Build work is priced against an agreed scope and billed by milestones. Operating Partner support is a monthly retainer with defined responsibilities. You know the scope and price before committing to each stage.

You choose. You can build it yourself, use your existing team, bring in specialists you trust, or hire Optimindz to implement the agreed priorities. Your Blueprint documents the work and remains yours whichever path you choose. Implementation or oversight by Optimindz is separately scoped and priced.

You do. Client-owned accounts, client-owned data, documented architecture, no proprietary tech. Everything we build is portable — including away from us. You can let us go and keep the building.

No. Most of what you already own stays; the architecture changes how it connects, not what it is. When a tool genuinely should be replaced, the Blueprint says so explicitly, with the reason. Replacement is a decision, not a default.

That is a complete, standalone engagement. You receive your documented plan and architecture review, with no requirement to purchase implementation or ongoing support. If you later want Optimindz to build or oversee the work, we agree on a separate scope and price.

Yes — that's what “of Record” means. After the Blueprint, you can keep us on as your Digital Architect of Record: we watch the structure, iterate the architecture, oversee vendor and technology decisions, and re-blueprint quarterly so the operation keeps up with the business. Ongoing work starts from a Blueprint — we don't begin there, because we don't prescribe before we diagnose.

Four things, on a standing basis: architecture iteration as your business changes; system health monitoring — the data flows, handoffs, and measurements that should be running; decision oversight when you evaluate new tools, vendors, or platforms; and a quarterly re-blueprint so the structure never drifts back toward assembled. Every month you receive an evidence report — what was monitored, what was iterated, what changed, and what it produced. The relationship runs on the same terms as everything else we build: documented, portable, and yours if you ever leave.
