I’m Russell Betts, founder of Optimindz. My background spans executive operations, systems integration, and public accounting. Across those roles, my work has centered on understanding how an organization functions, finding where responsibilities and systems disconnect, and building a more reliable operation.

Experience behind the Blueprint.
Twelve years as Chief Operating Officer at Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana
Led operational systems across a three-state organization, coordinating the work of staff, volunteers, community partners, and family-facing services.
Five years as Chief Operating Officer in a faith-based organization
Oversaw organizational systems, financial operations, and staff and volunteer alignment.
Solutions architecture in behavioral health
Worked on integration across electronic medical records, scheduling, accounting, and operational workflows — experience that informs how I approach connected digital systems today.
A foundation in public accounting
Earlier work as an auditor and CPA developed the discipline I bring to financial visibility, controls, documentation, and accountability. I am a former Ohio CPA and formerly held the Project Management Professional certification.
